Brown Sugar Banana Oatmeal 
How many times have you heard that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day? That is true, but what you are eating for breakfast is even more important ! Your breakfast can be nutritious AND delicious! Here is a quick recipe for an everyday breakfast treat! 
1. 1 cup of Oatmeal
2. 1 Banana
3. Brown sugar 
4. Flax seeds
Boil water on high on your stove and add oatmeal, Add in brown sugar (choose how sweet you want your oatmeal we usually just add a teaspoon of brown sugar). Add in flax seeds ( We recommend a table spoon of flax seeds). stir in your ingredients and transfer into a heat safe bowl. Top your oatmeal with a banana and ENJOY!
